Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (1 business day). Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Cutoff Time
The cutoff time for each order is 3:00 PM EST. Any orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Orders within the United States are typically delivered within 3–6 business days. This is an estimate, and occasional delays may occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking will be active within 24 hours.

TrueBlue is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs or taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
TrueBlue is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items before filing your claim.
