Return & Refund Policy – TrueBlue

Here at TrueBlue, we take pride in providing unparalleled customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, all products are eligible for a full refund if your return meets the following requirements:

  • Return/Refund requests must be placed within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • All products must be in their original condition, with the original box and packaging, unused, in order to be eligible for a return. Used products, or products that simply do not meet personal expectations (design preferences, sizing, or wearability issues due to incorrect selection) are not eligible for a return unless they are damaged or defective.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item/order arrived damaged or is defective, please contact us with a detailed explanation as well as images and we will work with you to resolve this issue.

  • Please contact us by email: contacttrueblueglasses@gmail.com or call us at 705-220-1385 with a detailed reason for the return and we will sort out the problem with you.

  • When approved for a return, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and must use a trackable mail service as we are not responsible for lost or missing returned packages.

  • Products can be returned to: 525 Adelaide Street West, Toronto Ontario M5V 0N7

  • Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined, and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment if the product is in original condition and meets the requirement needs as listed above. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.

Invalid Reasons:

  • Buyer no longer wants the items – this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at TRUE BLUE. The buyer should make sure they want to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

  • Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else – Buyer should be confident that they are ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
